1992 Georgia Waterfowl Conservation stamp Buffleheads artist signed CV$25

Got this 1992 Georgia Waterfowl Conservation Stamp featuring some Buffleheads at St. Simons Island. It's got a $5.50 face value printed on it and has been signed across the top. Cool little piece of GA hunting history if you're into collecting duck stamps or state memorabilia. It's in decent shape, just a standard used stamp from the early 90s.
