1991 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp

Got this 1991 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp for sale. It features a pretty cool illustration of a rainbow trout jumping for a fly. It's the $4.20 denomination from that year. Good little piece for anyone who collects state fishing stamps or just likes fish art. It's in decent shape, just been sitting around.
