Got this 1991/1992 Georgia Waterfowl Conservation Stamp. It's actually signed by the artist across the front which is pretty cool for any collectors out there. It's the $5.50 denomination and has the serial number on the side. The art shows some ducks taking off over the water. Overall it's in decent shape, just a neat piece of Georgia hunting history if you're into philately or waterfowl stuff.
