1990-1991 Georgia Duck Stamp artist signed CV$25 mint never hinged

Got this 1990-1991 Georgia Waterfowl Conservation Stamp. It's got a wood duck on it and it's signed across the front. These are pretty cool for collectors or if you're into hunting history. It's the $5.50 face value version from that year. Not in perfect shape since it's signed but still a neat piece of GA history to have on the shelf or in a book.
