1990-1991 $12.50 Federal Duck Stamp (RW57)

Got this 1990-1991 Federal Duck Stamp featuring the Black-Bellied Whistling Duck. It's the $12.50 denomination and has a signature across the front, which is pretty common for these since they had to be signed to be valid for hunting back in the day. The artwork by Nancy Howe is really nice, she was actually the first woman to win the duck stamp contest. It's on a small white backing card. Cool little piece of conservation history if you're into stamps or waterfowl stuff.
