1989 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp

Got this 1989 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp. It's got a cool illustration of a brown trout on it and the original $4.20 face value printed. It's still on the original backing card. Pretty neat little piece of fishing history if you collect stamps or outdoorsy stuff. Not sure if anyone still looks for these but figured I'd put it out there.
