1988 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp

Got this 1988 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp for sale. It's got a cool illustration of a trout on it and shows the original $4.20 price from back in the day. It's still on the original backing paper. Pretty neat little piece of Delaware history if you're into collecting stamps or fishing memorabilia. Not sure if anyone still collects these but figured I'd put it out there.
