Got this 1985 Georgia First Issue Waterfowl Conservation Stamp. It's the very first one they ever did for the state, featuring a pair of wood ducks. This one is signed across the front by the artist, Daniel Smith. It's in pretty good shape, still has the perforated edges and everything. Cool little piece of Georgia history if you're into birding or stamp collecting.
