1976 Postal Commemorative Society U.S. First Day Covers Binder

Got this Postal Commemorative Society binder for U.S. First Day Covers. It's a solid black album with gold lettering on the front. It's been used and has a name embossed at the bottom, but the rings still work fine and it's great for keeping your stamp collection organized. Perfect if you need an extra volume for your covers or just want to start a new philatelic project. Some minor wear on the cover but nothing crazy. Binder only, no covers included.
