1965 $3 Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp Canvasbacks artist signed CV$195

Got this 1965-1966 Federal Duck Stamp featuring some Canvasbacks. It's the $3 migratory bird hunting stamp from back in the day. This one has been signed across the front which is pretty common for these since they had to be signed to be valid for hunting. It's still got the plate number tab on the side which is cool. Not a professional grader or anything but it looks decent for its age. Great little piece of wildlife history if you're into stamp collecting or waterfowl stuff.
