1945 $1 Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp artist signed cv$650

Got this old 1945-1946 Federal Duck Stamp. It's the $1 Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp featuring some pintails in flight. It's definitely seen some better days and has some wear and tear on it, but it's a cool piece of history if you're into stamp collecting or hunting memorabilia. Not in perfect shape but still a neat find from the mid-40s.
