1943 Steel Lincoln Wheat Cent

Got this 1943 steel penny here. It's from the war years when they had to save copper for ammo, so these are made of steel coated in zinc. This one is in a flip marked MS63, which is a pretty solid grade for one of these. It's got that classic silver look instead of the usual copper color. Cool little piece of history if you're into coins or just want something unique from the WWII era. It's been sitting in this holder for a while so it's stayed in decent shape.
