1938 Ohio Northwest Territory Anniversary License Plate

Got this old 1938 Ohio license plate. It's the special 150th anniversary edition for the Northwest Territory. Definitely has some heavy rust and patina as you can see in the photos, but it's a cool piece of history for a garage or a collector. The graphics with the oxen and wagon are still visible. Selling as is.
