12-cent Washington Specimen Stamp (1861-1867)

Got this old US postage stamp here. It's a 12 cent Washington stamp from the 1861-1867 series, but this one is actually a specimen print. It's got the 'SPECIMEN' overprint clearly visible across the front. Pretty cool little piece of postal history if you're into collecting stamps or just want something unique. It's in a protective sleeve with some old pricing marks on it. Not perfect but definitely a neat find for a collector.
