Got these weighted bangles in the grey marble color. They're 1lb each and way better than those old school velcro weights that look bulky. You can wear them on your wrists or ankles while you're working out or just walking around the house. They have some wear from use but the elastic and velcro still hold up perfectly fine. Super easy to clean too since they're coated in silicone.
