This is a Marsh Stencil Cutting Machine, Model E C-1/15. It's an old industrial tool for cutting stencils with letters and numbers, great for labeling or marking stuff. Still in decent shape for its age, just a bit dusty from storage. If you need a solid stencil cutter, this one's ready to go.
