Got this old silver wire kopek from the reign of Ivan V (Ivan Alexeyevich), who was Peter the Great's co-tsar back in the late 1600s. These are pretty cool little pieces of history, often called 'wire money' because of how they were made. It comes in a protective flip with a little bio and a catalog number. Definitely a neat find if you're into old world coins or Russian history. The strike is what you'd expect for these, kind of irregular but that's part of the charm.
