Hot Wheels Turbulence 1999 First Editions #18/26

Got this 1999 First Editions Hot Wheels car called Turbulence. It's still in the original packaging from back in the day. The card has a little wear but the car itself is mint inside. It's #18 of 26 from that years first editions run. Cool black paint with the gold wheels, definitely a neat one for a collector or if you just like the older diecast stuff. packaging is 21070.
