1992-1993 Idaho Migratory Waterfowl Stamp with Plate Block artist signed

Got this 1992-1993 Idaho Migratory Waterfowl Stamp. It's the $6.00 version and has the little goose illustration on the side with the serial number 000614. It's also signed on the right side there. Pretty cool piece of Idaho hunting history if you're into collecting stamps or waterfowl stuff. It's in decent shape, just been sitting around.
