1990 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp

Got this 1990 Delaware Resident Trout Stamp. It's got a cool illustration of a trout underwater near some rocks. It's the $4.20 version from that year. Pretty neat little piece of fishing history if you're into collecting stamps or outdoorsy stuff. It's still on the original backing paper too.
