1964 $3 Nene Goose Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp artist signed CV$250

Got this old 1964-1965 Federal Duck Stamp featuring the Nene Goose. It's the $3 migratory bird hunting stamp from the Dept of Interior. This one has been signed across the front which is pretty common for these since they had to be signed to be valid for hunting back then. Still in decent shape for being over 50 years old, cool little piece of history if you're into philately or waterfowl stuff.
