1938 Ohio Northwest Territory Anniversary License Plate

Got this old 1938 Ohio license plate. It's a special edition one for the 150th anniversary of the Northwest Territory. Has some cool graphics on it with the ox and wagon. It's definitely got some rust and wear from being around for 80+ years, but it's a neat piece of history if you're into vintage plates or Ohio memorabilia. Not perfect but has a lot of character.
