1924-D Lincoln Wheat Cent NGC F Details Improperly Cleaned

Got this 1924 D Lincoln Wheat Cent here. It's been graded by NGC as F Details, but they noted it was improperly cleaned at some point. Still a solid key date filler for a collection if you don't mind the cleaning mark. The slab has a few scuffs on it but the coin is secure. Pretty decent detail left on the wheat ears and Lincoln's profile for the grade.
